Come welcome in the seasonal change of late summer to autumn.  This is a time of reflection upon all we have grown and harvested.  A time to harvest and gather seeds we wish to keep and hold with us to plant in late winter and spring; a time of preserving the late summer crops to nourish us through the cold, and a time of composting all that we wish to give back to the Earth’s magics to regenerate rich new soils for springtime. 

Please come enjoy a sacred space held in this energy.  A time for you to show up and simply rest and receive the sounds of the season.  Through the weaving of vibrations of crystal bowls, koshi chimes, rain stick, drum and flute, you will be held in a container of sweetness to honor the change and turning of the wheel of the seasons.  

Time will be offered to interact with a Mabon Altar~to sit in the energy, pull card from tarot and divination decks, and journal prior to the sound bath.  

About the facilitators:

Angel Rose is an intuitive and energetic sound healing practitioner, herbalist, farmer, and educator. She is a maker of medicines and a healer of landscapes.  Attuned to her own wild spirit and a desire to consistently go through the death and rebirth cycle, she works to assist others by providing tools, guidance, and deep compassion as they embark on their own pathway towards healing.

Gail Lordi believes that it is vital to make time for healing, therapeutic care, and deep breaths. Music, healthy movement, and time in nature is what she finds soothing and inspiring. Gail has a background in teaching diverse students of all ages in Colorado, Alaska, Japan, & Washington. Gail is a long-time yoga student and yoga instructor with additional training in meditation, yin/restorative, trauma informed yoga and sound healing.  She is also a seasoned massage therapist. Gail  loves playing her alchemy crystal bowls, flute, koshi chimes, & other instruments for soothing the body, mind, and spirit.
