The taboos and fears around death make this natural part of life more difficult and isolating than need be. Death is personal and communal. How we do or don't support each other matters. Come learn and share about ways to bring this passage into the open to add comfort and meaning in community with each other.

About the facilitator:
I am a partially trained death doula, and hospice volunteer. I hold Death Cafes and talk to people I meet. I listen to stories. I wish to bring awareness of greater possibilities than the norm in how we are with death and dying.
