The dance with the ancestors is timeless and limitless,
yet during this retreat we will focus our attention and intention into an evening and a day
to invite in connections, relationships, gifts - given and received- prayers, play, loving remembering and gentle acceptance.
Beginning on Friday night we will set a foundation and prepare for the following day of ceremony, dance and deep restoration.
Join Abby McHale and Sara Mains for a weekend steeped in ritual and movement.
We will open our hearts, steep in ceremony, and drop deep into our bones, invoking the remembrance of our roots.
We will move our bodies, and spirits, dancing the 5Rhythms rippling rich medicine backward, forward, and everywhere in between.
Abby is a skilled space holder creating ceremonies with sound healing, cacao, and so much heart.
Sara teaches 5Rhythms® in the Columbia River Gorge, she is a certified Waves level teacher who has a deep respect for the foundational teachings of this movement practice that holds all of life.
