Join Abby and Sara for a day steeped in ritual and movement. We will open our hearts taking in the sweet medicine of Cacao as we drop deep into our bones, invoking the remembrance of our roots. We will move our bodies, and spirits, dancing the 5Rhythms® rippling rich medicine backward, forward, and everywhere in between.

During this day-long retreat we will be in ceremony, drink cacao, dance, laugh, cry and discover ~ 

We never know what exactly will happen, who or what will show up or how when we Dance with the Ancestors - but it is always so profound and of course it is the time of the year that it is known for the veil being thin between the spirit world and this earthly realm.

Our Ancestors are always with us, in the ways we walk, talk, laugh ~ and the ways that we dance, they are not limited to our family bloodline and includes the whole vast web of humanity and perhaps all of life. 

We dance and connect with the Earth - the one commonality that we all have with each other and our greatest ancestors.
