Dandelion Workshop with Amanda Daniel

Let's explore the multidimensional medicine of the Dandelion! One of the most controversial “weeds”, dandelion has been used as food, medicine, and art throughout much of human history. Flowers, leaves, and roots, dandelion is a fantastic ally for so many systems.

We'll begin with a brief plant meditation and sharing circle, followed by an informational talk on all things Dandy. We'll end by making a remedy to take home.

Tea and light snacks provided.

About the facilitator:
Amanda Daniel is a gardener, herbalist, mother, and explorer of wild places. She spent her childhood getting to know the plants and animals in Kodiak, Alaska. She now lives in the Columbia River Gorge, spends her days tending land and gardens, and has been studying herbalism since 2008. She makes small-batch herbal remedies, and loves to help folks find the plants that will support them in their healing process. Her mission in life is bringing plants and people together to restore relationship with the land.
