Dancing with the shadows of the 5Rhythms enriches your practice deeply. By moving with the shadows of the rhythms you can attune to and articulate your own places where energy is stuck or abandoned in some way.

In this workshop we will dance those shadows out of hiding and into Deep Magic - where your funky soulful self is free and fluid to express and shine in your life! The exploration of the shadow dance into illumination is held with compassion, gratitude, and heartfelt courage.
