- Types of herbs and preparations for digestion
- Supportive remedies for before or after a meal
- Blood sugar balance – avoiding spikes and drops
- Mitigating over indulgence – including hangovers and many digestive symptoms
- Gut bacteria balance
- Long term healing

About the facilitator:
Amanda is a mother, herbalist, gardener, and explorer of wild places. She spent her childhood getting to know the plants and animals in Kodiak, Alaska. She lives in the Columbia River Gorge, spends her days tending land and gardens, and has been studying herbalism since 2008. Amanda makes small-batch herbal remedies, and loves to help folks find the plants that will support them in their healing process. Her mission in life is bringing plants and people together and restoring relationship with the land.
