Join facilitators Shannon Northroup and Em Quiver exploring the foundational components of Embodied Pelvic Care. We will cultivating a container through group movement practice, personal boundary exploration and an embodied anatomy lesson. Once the container is solidified, we  will safely be guided through full body self care practice including breast and abdominal massage, castor oil pack, pelvic steam and vulva mapping.
