At this point in the year when the night is so long and so dark, we will gather to complete a cycle and begin anew. 

Come to be together, to move through a ritual of bringing attention to the ways the past year has shaped you, to acknowledge and celebrate your full circle. 

5Rhythms® is a moving mediation that supports a more fully embodied life. Come as you are, no experience is needed, all bodies are welcome 16 years and up please.

Sara leads with many years of experience teaching the 5Rhythms Waves level practice, in which she delights in sharing with all who participate.
