She is radicalizing what it means to live alcohol free through the lens of self authority and living a life guided by devotion and intention. She has been a student and teacher of the magical holistic and contemplative arts, resilience and mindfulness for 23 years. She is a facilitator of sacred feminine mysteries, a yoga practitioner, podcast host, movement enthusiast and is exploring a new passion as an ecstatic dance DJ.
