In this workshop, you will learn how to nourish your rapidly changing body throughout the unique season of pregnancy. This workshop is designed to unwind tension and restore mobility through restorative movement and myofascial release techniques (a form of self-massage). Utilizing the helpful tool of Yoga Tune Up balls and specific modifications for the pregnant body, this form of self-massage is easily accessible at any stage of pregnancy.
Jessica will be addressing how to soothe common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts in this workshop, with a focus on providing individualized support to each woman and their specific needs. This is a great workshop for women seeking to empower themselves with simple, practical tools that can help prevent and alleviate pre and post-natal pain.
