  • MoonMountain Highway 113 West Steuben Street Cook, WA, 98605 United States (map)

Release, reclaim and regenerate our creative waters.

Join Soma Neuromuscular Integration practitioner Em Quiver, and Embodied Pelvic Care special guest Shannon Brooke Northroup in an introductory series to learn more about the pelvis and how to embody our seat of inner knowing and true power. This series is for anyone recovering from birth, past trauma, sacrum, hip, low back and psoas pain, pelvic disorders, anyone birthing or planning to birth a child or new creative idea, and for anyone wanting to connect deeply with their root and sacral centers. We will cocreate a container with clear agreements, practice somatic inquiry, gentle movement and breath, and receive consensual touch by the trained facilitators to integrate awareness with nuance, and practice healthy boundaries, choice and communication together. Bring a journal and water.

Suggested donation for 3-part series: $125-$250 ~ Pay what you can. No one turned away for lack of funds. Contact Em directly to discuss payment options - emquiver@gmail.com, (253) 226-5561

About the facilitators:
Em Quiver: With roots in the Salish Sea, I have a deep reverence and connection with water as my guide in life. Practicing Soma bodywork since 2012, the consciousness of water informs my hands and I love welcoming people deeper into their own body's wisdom, creativity and intelligence. In 2014 on Whidbey Island, I received a vision to undam our bodies to undam our rivers to restore our natural creative resources. Since then life's currents moved me from Seattle to Whidbey Island to fulfill my dream home water birth in 2021- which informs this body of work- and I now reside with my family by the undammed White Salmon River in Husum.

Shannon Brooke Northroup: My professional journey in the healing arts, as well as various other complementary fields (trained Childbirth Educator, Labor Doula, Hospice volunteer) have woven together to create a diverse platform to practice, teach and embody the concepts of Structural Integration (SI), Embodied Pelvic Care (EPC) and Somatic Experiencing® (SE).  I have found each of these modalities to be an access point for deepening into relationship with one's own body. I'm interested in how subtle movement patterns, perception and somatic awareness can powerfully shift relationships in the body, psyche and soul.
