Embark on a restorative journey of restful yoga poses, rejuvenating group acupuncture, accompanied by a multi-instrumental sound journey and poetry reading.

Join us for an evening of yoga, acupuncture, and healing sound. This practice is designed to create a deep state of rest and relaxation, and allow you to leave feeling invigorated and renewed.

Laurie VanCott will guide you through restorative yoga poses followed by deeply rejuvenating group acupuncture by Nikol Angel. Randy Goetz will provide a soundscape of meditative music inspired by world music traditions, with a special guest appearance by local poet Chelan Harkin reading poetry in between poses.

This will be a deep dive into release and gentle healing while you float in a deep state of meditation.
