About the facilitator:
Rayceena started practicing Tai’ Chi Gung in August 2021 to improve her physical strength and inner peace. The practice has not only helped her gain strength in her body and mind but also allowed her to overcome self-doubt and embrace self-acceptance. As a result, she has a newfound inner strength and peace that guides her daily life. Through sharing Tai’ Chi Gung, she aims to help others find a more profound sense of self-awareness, inner strength, and peace.

Rayceena has trained and continues to study directly with Master Lama Rasaji. He is one of only 12 Master Lamas worldwide. He lived and trained at the original Tai’ Chi Gung lamasery in Tibet.
