Autumn Wellness Herbal Workshop with Amanda Daniel

Explore ways to support your family’s health as we enter the fall season and back-to-school time with herbs, nutrition, and home care practices. Focus will be on food-based remedies with easy-to-source ingredients as well as commonly used herbs. We will make an Elderberry immune syrup together for you to take home, and you’ll leave with lots of recipes! All materials are included in the registration fee.

Nourishing snacks and tea will be provided!

Amanda is a mother, herbalist, gardener, and explorer of wild places. She spent her childhood
getting to know the plants and animals in Kodiak, Alaska. She lives in the Columbia River Gorge, spends
her days tending land and gardens, and has been studying herbalism since 2008. Amanda makes small-batch
herbal remedies, and loves to help folks find the plants that will support them in their healing process. Her
mission in life is bringing plants and people together and restoring relationship with the land.
