Drawing inspiration from the landscape, flora, and fauna of the Gorge surrounding MoonMountain Highway, these four artists will create an immersive experience of the beauty of the gorge in an abstract way. Viewers will go on a journey through the life cycle of the many species of salmon migrating through the Columbia River and it's tributaries. Intertwining clay, metal, paint and photography, each piece will be layered with influences from the environments that take a salmon from tiny red eggs to the sea and back again. Participants are invited to view the gorge and this unique cycle it houses in intimate ways, both up close and from a bird's eye.

UNLEASHED is a contemporary art show series that’s pushing the boundaries of traditional gallery spaces and challenging artists to explore their creative potential by creating a weekend-long gallery installation and rich interactive experience.

This year, 15 artists have been matched together into 3 separate groups with the challenge of working together to create a truly unique and inspiring art show.

This series consists of three separate art shows that happen on the weekends of September 1-3, October 6-8, and November 3-5. Each show starts off with a Friday evening opening night party from 5-8P where entire community is invited to come celebrate and experience what the artists have created. At some point during each weekend, there will also be a community offering in which you can sign up to participate.
