Sunday, Sept 11 - Set Your Foundation for Emotional Wellness: Create an Aromatic Compass with the Five Elements
Together we will learn about and set up an Emotional Wellness Compass using the Five Elements of Fire, Earth, Air, Water and Space. Through Ayurvedic principles and an intuitive exercise, participants will create a personalized yet simple grid for locating themselves within dynamic emotional navigation that facilitates self-empowered shift and flow. Each participant receives a trio of customized aromatic tools to support upliftment, calming, refreshment, grounding and centering.
Sunday, Oct 9 - Get Ready to Enter the Dreamtime: Create a Wellness Ritual for Cleansing, Clearing and Connecting here and beyond
As we approach the energetic and seasonal Turn of the Wheel of Samhain (Oct 31 and Nov 1), learn to create simple rituals as you prepare to become more deeply connected to the 3 Worlds (your sacred embodiment on the Earth plane; your Higher Self and the Spirit realms; as well as the Underworld and the realm of Soul). We will journey through a combination of guided meditation with specific yet common plant allies (like Mugwort, among others), then journal to create a customized plant-based portfolio to draw upon for support in cleansing, clearing and connecting. Journals, crafting and plant matter will be provided.
Sunday, Nov 6 - Prep for Winter Wellness: Design Easy Protocols to Optimize Your Life Force and Care for Self and Family
Winter is a time for deeper self-care and restoration of the heart and body. With ease and simplicity, learn to stock up and surround yourself and your family with energetic and embodied protection via plants compatible with your specific constitution and body systems. Integrating warming, nourishing, healing and brightening ways, we will design protocols for self and family that keep you healthy, happy and whole for the shorter darker days ahead. Each participant creates a Winter Wellness Map to anchor wellbeing from sunrise to sunset, including a supportive sleep hygiene regimen for adults, teens and young children.
* ”Plant-Based” means: Food as Medicine, as well as Traditional & Indigenous ally-ship with plants for preventative and healing purposes, rituals and journeys which may include no/low-tech methods of preparation, such as: fresh and/or dried raw material; distillates, hydrosols and extracts; plus essential oil-infused serums, balms and other aromatic tools.
